LunchBox Micro Farms works with local schools to provide grown on campus organic vegetables for consumption by the students.

LunchBox Micro Farms is currently working with ASU Preparatory Academy and Shadow Mountain High School and will be installing and operating LunchBox Micro Green systems with the students during the 2016-2017 school year. The students will be working within a capstone project to develop and operation a sustainable farm with in the school. The project will consist of a farming system, food production, packaging and both internal and external customers. Shadow Mountain already has a local restaurant that will buy microgreens from the students to be served to their customers.
